From first contact up to completion of our new kitchen everything was very slick and professional. Planning was initiated during lockdown via a rough sketch and photos from us. The virtual presentation provided was spot on. After lockdown we visited the showroom to view the various options open to us. Ben assisted admirably in this process and we eventually ended up with his recommendations regarding cupboards, work surfaces, flooring and tiling. R and R managed the whole project including the sub-contracting of plasterer, gas technician, electrician, flooring installer, tiler and skip. They also sourced all materials. All personnel (both R and R and sub-contractors) involved from removal of the old kitchen to completion of the new project were courteous, knowledgeable and the quality of their work was superb. We were given a start date and a time frame 3 months from placing the order. The promises made were fulfilled in full and on time. The whole process was incredibly smooth and well managed with no real hiccups. We are highly delighted with the finished product and would not hesitate to recommend R and R to carry out a kitchen installation. Many grateful thanks to all involved in the project.
