Richard and Richard's

We use passion and creativity to make the most of your space through inspiring designs. It's not about the bottom line, it's about what's right for you. With many years of experience, we ensure excellence with every installation and are proud to be accredited as a Which? Trusted Trader.

“We started in July 2010”

We started during the recession in 2010 designing, supplying and installing kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms whilst working from homes. Within three month we required a premises. We have grown since then, year on year on the strength of high quality and good service.

Whilst working in the industry, offering similar products and services for years we realised that we were able to provide a much more efficient, cost effective service by cutting out the pomp and expense of running a fancy high street showroom. Working with a showroom off the high street allows us to pass the cost savings on to customers’ without compromising on quality or service. Our company ethos is that we put the customer first; our service is tailored to meet your needs.

Our bespoke kitchen and bedroom cabinets are manufactured to a high quality, without compromise. The construction of them is 18mm MFC (regulated by the Forestry Stewardship Council) all round including the backs. All the front edges have a 2mm protective PVC edging to reduce risk of scratching, chipping and fading.  Our Rotpunkt kitchens improve on this; see our sample in store now. At Richard & Richard’s we pride ourselves on a personalised professional service. We pick and choose from many suppliers to provide only the best products at a great price.

No job is too big or small! We specialise in complete room transformations and can even take care of the decorating after the job is completed when requested. However we can also do worktop replacements; kitchen unit repairs; or supply only projects. If you are unsure whether we can meet your needs… please just ask!

We are proud to be a Which? Trusted Trader, and have been for over four years. Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted Trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event of a complaint arising and you wish to refer the complaint to them please contact Which? Truster Traders in the first instance on 0117 981 2929

Ricky Williamson, Project Manager

I have been designing and project managing the installation of kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms around the Cheshire area for the past 13 years. I like to say “If a job’s worth doing it’s worth doing well.”

Rick Watson, Project Installer

I have many years of experience with installing kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. I have a City & Guilds qualification in shop fitting that helps me with tasks additional to a general installation. I say “measure twice and cut once.”

Daniel Smith, Project Manager

I joined the team in 2013, since then I have really grown into my role as a Project manager. I take client aspirations and ideas, then turn them into reality so they may enjoy their room for many years.

Hilary Williamson, Customer Advisor

I joined the team in 2012 when Rick and Ricky got their showroom. I love each opportunity that I have to help potential clients with their queries and passing them on to our project managers.

Laurence Hinchcliffe, Project Installer

I joined the team autumn 2018.  I enjoy joinery, but want to grow on the kitchen installation side.

Ben Donovan, Project Manager

I joined the team in 2019. I love helping clients through their project journey, ensuring anything is possible.

Joel Reeves, Project Installer

I joined the team in January 2022. My experience is in plumbing which I enjoy and so far I work mainly on the bathroom installations. I am always looking to learn and improve my skills in this industry.

Simon Mellor, Project Installer
