I purchased an apartment that needed a complete makeover so I took my time in researching in order to ensure a good job, which would be as hassle free as possible. I came across Richard & Richard’s and contacted them due to the reviews and because they were a ‘Which’ approved company. Daniel designed and project managed the work. The difference from other quotes was different from the onset… Daniel didn’t just design what I asked for but offered suggestion, showing me options I had not thought of. The 3D design was better that I imagined and the end results were exactly as designed. The work included knocking down two walls; installing a kitchen and bathroom and turning a very small cloakroom into a shower room. I am delighted with the work, the process and the customer service. I would like to thank Daniel for his brilliant project management skills and to Rick and his team for their high standard of work.
