Richards and Richard’s provided a fantastic service for our bathroom. Ricky was brilliant helping us plan everything and provided clear and timely communication throughout. The installation included knocking down a wall between the bathroom and toilet but everything went exactly to schedule. Brett and everyone else involved were very helpful and did an excellent job, they turned up exactly on time everyday and we were impressed with how tidy they left everything. When a couple of unexpected minor issues cropped up, they were great with dealing with the problems quickly and to a high standard. We were really pleased with the final result and would highly recommend.
