We wanted to update the kitchen rather than entirely replace it. This in itself can raise issues as some we approached only wanted to undertake complete replacement which in our case seemed excessive. Richard and Richard’s were entirely open about any feasible request. We had reasonably definite ideas as to what we wanted but needed guidance over some issues and this was expertly given. The work location is an apartment in the city centre – again this can cause problems but there were none with this firm. The work was carried out promptly, with a great deal of attention to detail when this was needed, and in a tidy manner. Every individual involved in the undertaking was very congenial and skilled.
